Lose weight quickly and effectively


Excessive exercise is not the only answer to lose weight fast. You need to add a few more activities to your regime to slim down effectively and quickly. 

Cardio it right
To maximize your workouts, do the right kind of cardio. It can be something that you enjoy doing or something that will specifically work for you. If you enjoy playing a sport or love to ride a bike, do that instead of hitting the gym. Ensure you get enough cardio if weight loss is your workout goal.


Lift weights
Women tend to shy away from weight training thinking it will make them bulky and muscular. Experts opine otherwise. Most trainers and health experts say women need to challenge their bodies for getting the right results, and weight training helps. It improves strength and stamina and coupled with the right cardio, can help in quicker weight loss. So live healthy by gymming right.


Stick to your diet
A healthy diet does not mean eating less; it means eating the right food. Eat at an appropriate time and within limits. Ensure that you have a healthy meal before you work out so you can get the maximum out of your training. Also, eat foods that boost your metabolism. Drink  a lot of water to keep yourself hydrated and eat your way to a fab body.


Get proper sleep
Sleep is an important aspect in getting fit. An overtired brain prompts one to eat more as the hormones that regulate appetite and metabolism don't work properly due to lack of sleep. So sleep at least 8 hours a day to complete your health regime and get the best results
